  • Is the Doubletree Orlando at SeaWorld Hotel open?

    Yes, we are open and look forward to serving you when you are ready.

  • It is possible to access your room without passing through the front desk area?

    Yes, please take a moment to download our Mobile App (Click Here) prior to your arrival so you can use your phone to check-in, for keyless entry to your room, to make special requests during your stay and to quickly check-out.

  • Did anything change with Checking in & out?
    • Our Mobile App can be utilized to check-in and check-out
    • Social distance queuing through floor decals and stanchions
    • Signage throughout the lobby reminding all guests about physical distancing requirements.
    • Front desk will have temporary physical barriers such as Plexiglas installed for added protection.
    • Hand Sanitizer Dispensers will be available in the lobby.
    • During check-in, guests are provided COVID-19 information with the most current hotel policies regarding distancing and personal protective equipment.
    • Contactless check-out is now available via text message.
  • What is the Doubletree Orlando at SeaWorld’s current cancellation policy?

    We remain committed to offering you flexible booking and cancellation options. Given these unique circumstances Hilton has adjusted a standard 24-hour cancellation policy for all hotels globally.

  • Have your public spaces, such as your lobby, changed?

    We have increased our staffing of public area attendants to support increased frequency of cleaning surfaces, with EPA approved cleaning agents. We have modified the placement of furniture to support our Social Distancing protocol and we ask all guests to leave a minimum of 6 feet of distance between one another for their protection and the protection of others. Hand Sanitizer stations are available throughout the property.

  • What is the Doubletree Orlando at SeaWorld doing to assist guests with staying clean and safe?

    We have taken the following steps to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene:

    • Our hotel teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating procedures.
    • We have increased the frequency of cleaning of all public areas (including the lobby, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.).
    • We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers in all public areas.
    • Integration of text messaging engagement platforms are available for contactless requests and inquiries.
  • What has the Doubletree Orlando at SeaWorld changed in regards to guest room housekeeping?
    • In-room housekeeping service will currently not be provided during your stay for your safety and the safety of our housekeeping attendants. We expect to return to normal service soon.
    • Guest room Amenities such as Shampoo, Conditioner and Lotion will be provided at check-in
    • Additional linens, towels and toiletries are available by contact free delivery by contacting the Front Desk.
    • Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean guest rooms.
    • Decluttering of guest room and removal of reusable items from guest rooms including, but not limited to coffee service, minibar offerings, iron, ironing board, collateral, pen, paper, and directories.
  • Is the Doubletree Orlando at SeaWorld’s fitness center open?

    The fitness center is open 24 hours a day and you may have access with your room card.

  • What are my dining options at Doubletree Orlando at SeaWorld?

    Whether you are into health food, gourmet food, or the kind of cocktail that comes hand-shaken or stirred, we make it easy to sit down to a delicious meal or unwind over drinks at the bar – without ever leaving the grounds of our spectacular Orlando resort. Choose from breakfast, lunch, and dinner options on the weekends at Laguna; food and drink specials by the pool at Barefoot; lunch, wine varieties, grab-and-go, Starbucks coffee, and more at Sonoma

    The Marketplace Pantry offers a variety of snacks, small bites, fruit, grab-n-go meals, beer, wine, juice, Coca-Cola products and bottled waters. There is a microwave and Keurig available for your convenience.

    Our restaurant seating has been redesigned to incorporate plenty of space for social distancing protocols. We’ve enhanced our procedures through increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, added the use of face coverings by our staff and new menu presentation protocols.

    Grab ‘N Go items are available in the Marketplace Pantry, located in the lobby, 24 hours a day.

    In Room Coffee makers have been removed from the rooms, however there is a Keurig for your convenience in the Marketplace Pantry.

    Sonoma Café & Bistro in the lobby is open every day from 8 am to 3 pm.

    Barefoot Pool Bar is open Monday to Thursday from 3:30pm to 10pm and Friday to Sunday from 12 pm to 10 pm. *Weather Permitting*

    Laguna Restaurant is open seven days a week from 8 am - 10 pm.

  • Are there Grab & Go Food and Drinks available at Doubletree Orlando at SeaWorld?

    Snacks & beverages for purchase are available in the Marketplace Pantry, 24 hours a day.

    Beer and Wine is available for purchase in the Marketplace Pantry, 24 hours a day.

    Coffee & Tea is available in the Marketplace Pantry, 24 hours a day.

  • Is Doubletree Orlando at SeaWorld still offering dry cleaning and laundry services?

    Yes, we do have valet dry-cleaning service available 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for our guests, in addition to our on-site laundry facilities. Please get in contact with Guest Services at 407-352-1100 for more information.

  • Do your guest rooms have mini refrigerators?

    Yes, all guest rooms have mini refrigerators that are sanitized before each guest stay.

  • Has anything changed with Meetings & Events?

    Yes, our meetings and events teams will collaborate with planners to reimagine their meetings with new meeting set ups, food service protocols and meeting specific options designed to achieve each meeting’s needs and goals.

    The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Social Distancing is required.

    The Business Center is open 24 hours a day and is limited to 4 people and social distancing is required.

    Hotel offers outdoor table tennis, foosball, pool table, miniature golf and a giant checkers board complimentary for its guests.
