  • Reservations

    When confirming your reservation a credit card guarantee is required as well as a one night deposit in peak season or when booking certain promotional rates. Rates are subject to state and local tax, currently totaling 12.5%. The sleeping room rate is exclusive of our mandatory resort fee which is currently $19.95 plus tax (subject to change at any time); the resort fee offers our guests numerous property specific amenities. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking and must be made in advance. Room type preferences and other special requests may be made at the time of booking and are not guaranteed though we make every effort to accommodate these requests when possible.

  • Age restrictions

    No persons under age 18 may check into the hotel without their parent or legal guardian present and staying in the sleeping room. Valid ID is required at the time of check in.

  • Cancellation

    Reservations at our property require an advanced deposit of one night’s room charge, fees, and 12.5% tax at the time of booking. Cancellations made three or more days (72 hours+) prior to scheduled arrival (check in is at 3PM) will result in a refund of the advanced deposit. Cancellations made less than three days prior to the scheduled date of arrival will be subject to a no show fee of first nights room and tax. Advance purchase bookings require a non-refundable deposit.

  • Check-In Time

    Standard check-in time is at 3:00 p.m., and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If early check in or late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Similarly, early departures may be granted at additional cost based on the rate booked.

  • Parking

    Gated self-parking, in our flat lots surrounding the property, is available for $18.00 plus tax per day. Motorcoach parking and parking for oversized vehicles are based on availability; please contact the property directly for pricing.

  • ADA Rooms

    Our property complies with all local and federal ADA requirements and accessible rooms may be confirmed based on availability. Please contact our Reservations Department directly to review accessible sleeping room options.

  • Pet Policy

    The DoubleTree SeaWorld welcomes our furry friends and we have resort rooms specifically designed to host you and your best pal. The maximum weight is up to 70lbs and there is a $30 non-refundable fee.

  • Smoking

    The DoubleTree SeaWorld is a 100% non-smoking resort; smoking is therefore prohibited in all rooms and may be subject to penalty. Guests may smoke in certain outdoor areas.

  • Airport

    Our property is located just a short 10.9 miles from Orlando International Airport, about a 15-minute drive down the Florida Turnpike.

  • Theme Park Transportation

    Included in our daily resort fee is daily shuttle service to Aquatica, SeaWorld, and Universal Theme Parks (schedule updated monthly, please contact the hotel directly for the most updated schedule). Roundtrip transportation to Disney is available for the discounted price of $8 per person (subject to change).

  • Shopping

    Our property is conveniently located near Orlando’s best shopping destinations, just minutes from the Orlando Premium Outlets, Orlando Vineland Outlets, and Florida Mall.
