  • Lysol Protection

    Hilton has partnered with RB, maker of Lysol & Dettol, to develop Hilton CleanStay. These products set a new standard for cleanliness and disinfection at all properties.

    For the health and safety of our guests and team members, DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at Seaworld has put together an updated social distancing chart for all meeting rooms.

  • High-Touch Objects

    Verified by a cleaning checklist, high-touch areas including tables, chairs, door handles, podiums, and AV equipment will be sanitized and disinfected with additional protocols.

  • Food & Beverage

    For the health and safety of our guests, DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at Seaworld will serve all buffets to each guest individually with the use of hand sanitizer and disposable gloves.

  • dedicated team

    A thorough cleaning protocol checklist is completed to verify every event space at the hotel is sanitized and disinfected at least thirty minutes prior to the start of the meeting.

  • Staff Safety Protocols

    For the health and safety of meeting and event attendees, all team members will wear face coverings when serving our guests inside meeting rooms, and during food service.

Keeping Your Meeting Clean

Organized through strategic approaches and thoughtful reconfigurations, Hilton has developed EventReady, a global meeting and events program designed to create event experiences that are clean, flexible, safe, and socially responsible. With curated solutions, elevated standards, and redesigned spaces that enforce physical distancing, Hilton is reimagining ways to meet and gather, offering a safe and comfortable environment for event planners and attendees.

  • Meeting formats, packages, and layouts have all been readjusted to allow for safe social distancing practices. Meeting room capacities have been reduced. Signage promoting social distancing will also be provided throughout meeting rooms.
  • We’ve de-cluttered high-touch paper amenities in meeting rooms. Pens and pads of paper will be available upon request.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are provided at primary entrances and key high traffic areas in all three Conference Centers, as well as restrooms. Each Conference Center entrance door will also be disinfected multiple times throughout the day.
  • Common use water stations will be available upon request, alongside hand sanitizer and/or disposable glove stations. Bottled water packages will also be available for purchase from our banquet team.
  • Contactless experiences such as digital check-in and check-out, digital keys for guestrooms, and contactless communication have been implemented.
  • Meals, food services, and operational procedures will adhere closely to physical distancing regional regulations and amplified hygiene and sanitation requirements while allowing additional space to accommodate attendee flow.
  • Vendor compliance with all standards and floor plans must be submitted to the hotel’s staff for approval prior to the meeting.
